Free Pro Photo Shoot
Conditions for free pro photo shoot by David Price
1. Time given by David price to produce images of a subject or model is given free of charge.
2. Where applicable a model release will be required by the model or models parent if under 18 years. (Look at model release)
3. Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent.
4. Any male under 25 years must be accompanied by a chaperone
5. Any female regardless of age must be accompanied by a chaperone.
6. Where applicable a property release will be required (look at property release)
7. The model or owner of the items photographed will receive a 8x12” print of their choice and a set of the full edited job in a set of 6x4” prints (low quality digital files may be made available subject to negotiation)
8. Additional prints will be supplied to the model at cost by the photographer
9. The copyright to the image will be retained by the photographer David Price as set out in British law
10. The model will receive 25% commission of any net revenue that the photographer gains through commercial sales of the images.
11. The photographer can sell rights to the images to a third party
12. On the death of the photographer all rights pass to his estate
13. The model has no commercial rights to the images
14. The photographer may use the images for self promotion
15. The photographer has public liability insurance with Towergate camerashure for £2000,000
